When submitting a request, you can extend or restrict the time your candidate has to complete this request.
To modify a candidate/employee date of availability, fill out the required employee fields on the request page. Once complete, pod will automatically calculate 15-days from the time the request is submitted until the candidate fulfills the request.
If you would like to adjust this time frame, click on 'Adjust Availability End Date.' Use the arrows at the top of the calendar to navigate through the available dates for selection.
Use the arrows to move between the available dates. Once you find a date that works for you, click on it to save your changes.
This update is visible on your candidates/employee's calendar during their registration, allowing them to schedule their visit based on the dates you have chosen.
Candidate's View
By using the 'Adjust Availability End Date' feature, you can allow the candidate/employees to schedule their visit up to six weeks from the time the request is made.
