Understanding ‘Quick Actions’

Explore ways to streamline your pod experience by making the most of the 'Quick Actions' section.

The 'Quick Actions' tool allows you to efficiently perform a range of tasks for your candidates with a single click. Within the 'Quick Actions' section, you can quickly submit a new request, seek updates from Client Service, download medical records, and cancel an exam. This convenient feature is available in various areas of pod, including the candidate's profile and the 'Service Details' page.

Creating A New Request

Regardless of whether you are on the candidate's profile page or the 'Service Details' page, clicking the 'Create New Request' icon will seamlessly redirect you to the request page, where the candidate's necessary information will be pre-filled for your convenience.

Get Updates From Client Services

If you have any questions regarding a recent exam or if you wish to communicate with the team member assisting the candidate you are reviewing, simply click on the 'Create a Ticket' button.

Downloading Clearances & Medical Records

You can not only inquire about exams, but also take advantage of the
‘Quick Actions’ feature as a central hub for medical records. To download a candidate's clearances, click on ‘Download Clearances’. To view all medical records for a particular candidate, select ‘All Available Medical Records’.

Cancelling Requests

If you no longer require an exam, you can easily cancel it through the 'Quick Actions' section from the Service Details page.
