You can now track the precise stage of the scheduling process when an exam is added to Special Follow-Up.
What is Special Follow-Up?
Candidates are assigned to Special Follow-Up when further testing is required due to clinic or lab findings. For example, a candidate may be placed in Special Follow-Up if a PPD skin test yields a positive result, if a candidate's urine drug screen returns as dilute, or if there are missing medical procedures from a test.
Navigating Special Follow-Up
To access Special Follow-Up, navigate to the dashboard and select the Special Follow-Up.
From that point, you can view candidates designated for Special Follow-Up along with the reasons for their follow-up.
When a candidate is initially placed in Special Follow-Up, their status will appear as 'Follow-Up Initiated' in the Active tab.
The Special Follow-Up status will be updated based on the exam rescheduling phase. If the candidate does not reply to the Special Follow-Up inquiry, the request will be archived, and the status will indicate 'Archived/ Non-Responsive'.
After all necessary follow-up procedures have been completed, the 'Current Status' will be marked as Complete, and the exam will then be archived.
