Clients are now able to establish packages with predefined credentials and allocate them to groups according to different factors. ‘Groups’ allow you to assign multiple packages to specific groups of employees within pod.
To add a new group, go to Credentialing Packages and select Groups. Then, click on Create New Group and fill out the Group Information section
Next, select from your existing list of packages, click Add Selected. You can view the package details to ensure that the selection you made best fits your requirements.
Choose how you would like pod to identify candidates who meet the criteria for this group. You can generate candidates based on the parameters you define, or you can manually input candidates who belong to this group.
Manually Selecting Employees
You also have the option to manually add employees to Groups. Simply choose ‘Manually Select Employees,’ enter their first and/or last name, email address, and click search.
After identifying the selected candidate(s), simply click on the add symbol beside their name. The system will then begin compiling a list of candidates to be included in this group.
Once you're satisfied with your group click ‘Save Group’ and your group will be ready for immediate use.
Viewing Groups In pod
When you assign a candidate to a group, you can check their compliance status by navigating to the employee's profile and selecting 'Compliance.' Depending on the Packages added to the Group, you will be able to determine if the credential requirements have been met.
Organizing Packages and Groups
Once you have established Packages and Groups, you can view candidates organized under each group by reviewing the Packages roster. To access the roster, navigate to Credentialing Packages, then select Roster, and choose the specific Package and Group you wish to view.
