Granting Medical Record Access

How to grant medical record access to your team members

Only the accounts Medical Record Administrator(s) can grant access to additional users in pod

From the left menu select:

Administration --> Medical Records --> Current Access

Once you are directed to the Medical Record Administration page, you will need to click on the word 'here' at the top left of the page to grant access to additional users: 

 

You will now be directed to select the users that you would like to grant medical record access to:

 

As stated below the users names, any individuals you select to grant access will receive an email with a link to create a unique PIN for accessing your account's medical records in Pod.

 

Once the users pin is created, they will now be able to access medical records within pod moving forward.
