Fine-tune your protocols

A new simplified process for placing requests has been released!
You now have the ability to select which specific screenings are needed for each employee or candidate before placing a request - a new feature enhancement in pod.

Does an employee or candidate that you are placing a request for not need all the screenings within a selected protocol? No problem!
Now, you can tailor each request by simply removing screenings from your protocols in pod. 

This protocol selection enhancement puts simplicity first, allowing you to alter your protocols for specific employee or candidate requirements.

Simplifying Protocols

Select which screenings are needed from your protocol packages for each individual request!

When you select a protocol from the dropdown menu, this will now generate a list of all screenings that are within that protocol package. All screenings within the protocol will be selected to be included in your request at first, but you now have the ability to remove screenings that are not needed for the request. You can remove any unwanted screenings by simply unselecting the check mark next to the screening(s). Once submitted, the NMS Health team will move forward with only scheduling the screenings you kept selected within the protocol. 

Introducing the Protocol Manager

We are delighted to announce that you now have the ability to manage your protocols within pod using the new 'Protocol Management' feature. 

This means you and your team no longer have to reach out to NMS for protocol modifications or to create a new protocol for your account. With this new protocol manager feature, the super user of your account can add new protocols, update existing protocols, and even update paperwork attached to certain protocols!

Navigating the Protocol Manager

To add or edit protocols, go to the 'Administration' tab on the pod Dashboard. Click on Protocol Management and select Protocols. This selection allows you to add or edit your protocols within pod:

Adding a New Protocol

Simply click on 'Create New Protocol' and complete the required fields.

Ensure that all essential procedures are included in this new protocol and indicate the preferred paperwork:

Updating an Existing Protocol

Simply click on the green 'Edit' button once within the protocol manager to adjust procedures within an existing protocol. Once you have made your changes, be sure to click 'Save' to finalize your protocol update!

These new protocol enhancements allow you to place requests that are a perfect fit for each employee or candidate. From customizing each request by removing protocols procedures, to adding or updating your existing account protocols, pod has your back!
