Next, Select from your existing list of packages , click ‘Add Selected’. You can view the package details to ensure that the selection you made best fits your requirements.
Next, choose how you would like pod to identify candidates who meet the criteria for this group. You can generate candidates based on the parameters you define, or you can manually input candidates who belong to this group.
Create a Rule to Select Employees
To establish a rule that automatically generates candidates or employees according to your specified parameters, select ‘Create A Rule to Select Employees’ and click on Add AND Create a Rule to Select Employees Condition. You can apply filters based on various data points, including Custom Fields.
Once you’ve formed your 'Group' rules, you can test them. The system will display a list of candidates who meet the criteria you specify. Upon saving, your rule will be stored to update employees on a daily basis. Any new or updated employee/candidate that matches your conditions will automatically be added to this group.
Manually Select Employees
You also have the option to manually add employees to Groups.
Simply choose ‘Manually Select Employees,’ enter their first and/or last name, email address, and click search to search your employee roster in pod.
Once you have identified the chosen candidate or employee, click on the add symbol next to their name. The system will then start generating a list of candidates to be included in this group. When you are content with your selections, click on Save Group and your group will be ready for immediate use.
Viewing Groups In Candidate/Employee Profile
When you assign a candidate to a group, you can check their compliance status by navigating to the employee's profile and selecting 'Compliance.' Depending on the Packages added to the Group, you will be able to determine if the credential requirements have been met.
Package Roster
Once you have set up Packages and Groups, you can view candidates organized by these categories by checking the Packages roster.
To view the Roster, start by navigating to 'Credentialing Packages', then select 'Roster', and choose the specific Package and Group you want to examine. This roster will provide you with information on your candidate’s or employee’s compliance status, as well as the nearest expiration date for any expired procedures.
