Pending Services Request are any requests that have been initiated, but are still currently going through the screening process. Luckily, pod makes it easy to check what stage of the process your employees or candidates are in.
From the left-hand menu, click on Request Services, and then Pending Requests. On this page, you will be able to review all candidates that you have submitted Service Requests for that are still in the screening process.
Please note: The pending request feature only shows the employees or candidate that you have personally requested, and not those that may have been requested by other pod users within your organization.
While on this page you can get an overview of request dates, start dates, and scheduled service dates at a glance. You can also see what part of the process the employees are in when you hover your cursor over each % Completed pie chart icon.
|A registration email has been sent to the employee or candidate in order for the NMS Health team to schedule a service visit at a convenient date, time, and location.
|The employee or candidate has responded to the registration email with the appropriate information and the NMS Health team is now determining the best lab or clinic location for their service visit.
|The NMS Health team has arranged the visit at a lab or clinic location and has clinic provided staff with the appropriate paperwork. A confirmation email has been sent to the employee or candidate with their service details, instructions, and a copy of the required paperwork.
|The NMS Health team is working with its lab and clinic partners to confirm that the employee or candidate attended their planned service visit and to obtain a copy of the completed exam results.
|The NMS Health team has obtained completed exam results for the employee or candidate. The team is reviewing the results to ensure that they have been completed appropriately and accurately, and determine if follow-up services are required.
