What are the different notification types?

The My Notification Settings page allows you to customize your notification preferences for specific events during the screening process.

Request Received

Receive an email confirmation of your recently placed service request.

Visit Arranged

Receive an email notification that your employee's visit was coordinated. 

Result Posted

Receive an email notification that results are available to be viewed in pod.

Please note: This notification could be for one or all screenings.

New Comments and Updated Exam Activity

Receive an email notification for new comments or updated exam activity:

• Exam Activity: Micro-stages and updates to the screening process.
• Comments: Updates from the NMS Health team regarding specific statuses and happenings to the screening process
