Selecting New Comments and/or Updated Exam Activity preferences will provide you additional updates via email for your service requests.

New Comments

New Comment notifications are specific updates regarding an employee's screening entered by a NMS Health team members. They are the "little things" taking place behind the scenes as an an employee's screening is being completed.

Turning on this notification preference will provide you with updates on the most recent actions taken by the NMS Health team to complete an employee's screening.

Updated Exam Activity

Updated Exam Activity notifications occur when an employee progresses through the standardized NMS Health workflow including delays and other administrative steps.

Delays Only vs. All Exam Activity

• Delays Only (recommended preference): Receive Exam Activity notifications only when an NMS Health team member has recorded a service delay that will impact the estimated completion date.
• All Exam Activity:  Receive Exam Activity notifications for ALL UPDATES AND ADMINISTRATIVE STEPS (including delays). All Exam Activity notifications includes delays and also statuses that will not impact the estimated completion date.
