My Requests vs All Requests

The My Notifications page is designed to control the amount and type of notifications that you receive from pod.

My Requests

My Request notifications are for service requests placed by you.

Note: If you only want to receive notifications for requests placed by you, keep selections unchecked for the All Requests section.

All Requests

All Requests notifications are for service requests placed by you AND other company users. 

Company Preferences

When managing notification settings for All Requests, you will only receive notifications for companies that have been added via the Selected Companies window. 

What if I have selections for My Requests AND All Requests?

If you have settings selected for both All Requests and My Requests, you will receive notifications for all requests including your own.
