Why does it take another 24-72 hours to reschedule my visit?
We understand that schedules change constantly and new unexpected calendar conflicts could impact your ability to make your original visit time. We are more than happy to reschedule your visits to a time that is more convenient for you. However, this does require additional coordination. Additionally, other screenings are being coordinated on a first-come-first-serve basis. We continue to work diligently on all requests and understand the importance of completing your screenings for your employer.
To reschedule your visit, follow the steps below.
1. Locate the email message with your visit details
Go to your inbox and locate your visit details message. The subject line is"Your Employee Medical Screening for [YOUR COMPANY]"
2. Select the "Reschedule Visit" button
From within the message, select "Reschedule visit" .
3. Complete the form
Complete the registration form to provide new availabilities. A team member will reschedule your visit.
