If you’ve forgotten your MyScreenings password or need to change it for security reasons, follow these steps.
1. Go to the MyScreenings Login Page
- Visit the MyScreenings portal.
- You will see the Email Address and Password fields.
2. Click “Forgot Password?”
- Below the Login and Sign Up buttons, select the Forgot Password? link.
- A pop-up window will appear asking for your email address.
3. Enter Your Email Address
- Type in the email address associated with your MyScreenings account.
- Click Reset.
- You'll receive a confirmation message stating "A temporary password has been sent to your email address"
4. Check Your Email
- You will receive an email from NMS Health with a temporary password.
- If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.
- The email will have a subject line of “Security Alert: Password has been reset”) and include your temporary password.
5. Use the Temporary Password to Log In
- Return to the MyScreenings login page.
- Enter your email address and the temporary password you received.
- Click Login.
6. Create a New Password
- After logging in with the temporary password, you will be prompted to create a new password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Change Password.
7. Confirmation Email
- You will receive a second email confirming your password has been successfully changed.
