Now that you have placed a service request what happens next? In this article we will discuss what the candidate sees once a request is placed.
Once a request is submitted, your candidate or employee will receive an immediate notification via email and text message. This alert informs them that they are being contacted on behalf of their employer to complete necessary registration by following the prompts included in the message.
By clicking on the registration link, the candidate or employee can verify their demographic information, which includes their name, phone number, zip code and email address. Our team will use this information to arrange their upcoming appointment.
If your candidate or employee will be traveling during the appointment completion period, they can indicate this by selecting "No" under the question, "Should we use the zip code above for scheduling your visit(s)?" They should then enter the desired zip code for their scheduling.
Next, your candidate or employee will have the opportunity to select dates for their upcoming visit based on the timeframe you provided for completing the appointment request. Remember, if you do not extend the availability date when submitting this request, your candidate or employee will only have a 15-day window from the time the request is made to complete it.

After you submit your service request, our team begins working diligently behind the scenes to fulfill it. Your candidate or employee will confirm their demographic information, availability dates, and then our scheduling team will promptly start arranging their visit. Once scheduling is complete, both you and your employee or candidate will be notified.
