NMS Health offers a Rush Request option in pod to prioritize scheduling for your employees or candidates. Below, you’ll find important details about how Rush Requests work and what to expect when using this service.

A Rush Request placed in pod costs $19.99.

How Rush Requests Work

When a Rush Request is selected and placed in pod, it takes priority and goes to the top of our team’s scheduling queue. This ensures that the scheduling process for the employee/candidate begins as soon as possible.

However, please keep in mind the following:

1. Employee/Candidate Registration
   • Scheduling cannot begin until the employee/candidate completes their registration information.
   • This includes providing their dates of availability and confirming their current location.
2. Prioritization Timing
   • Once registration is completed, the Rush Request will immediately move to the top of our scheduling queue for priority processing.

Important Considerations

• Lab and Clinic Results
  • The Rush Request option does not expedite lab or clinic results. While our team works diligently to obtain results as quickly as possible, the timing of results depends on the facilities reporting them.
• Factors Beyond Scheduling
  • Rush Requests speed up the scheduling process, but the completion of the exam or receipt of results depends on additional factors, including the availability of the facility and the promptness of the employee/candidate's participation.
