Please ensure that this guide is shared with any employees or candidates who will be working with us. This guide includes all the information they need to reach out to us directly for support.

If an employee or candidate reaches out to you for urgent help, kindly redirect them to NMS Health. Our dedicated team is available to assist them through multiple channels:
- Live Chat: Employees can connect with an agent in real time via our website at www.nmshealth.com.
- Phone: They can call us directly at 609-588-6800 for immediate support.
- Email: Employees can email us at clientservices@nmshealth.com to create a support ticket and receive prompt assistance.
