Now that you have met the team, learned how to use pod and ironed out any account specifications it is time to gain access to pod and start placing service request.
How Much Time Will It Take to Set Up My Account?
Following your onboarding call, you will receive your client, employee and pod guide.
Additionally, we will make sure your company's demographic information is correctly entered into our system and confirm the names of the individuals who require access to pod and provide them with their login credentials.

This process takes place within the first 24 hours following your onboarding call.
Signing Into pod
Upon gaining access, you will need to create a new password to log into your account in pod.
Afterwards, you will receive an email to verify your account. Once your account is verified, you will now be able to access pod.
Gaining Medical Record Access
If you have access to medical records, you will be able to see a purple paper icon next to your candidate/employee name. You will need to create four-digit numerical password to view medical records.
Upon completion, your request to access medical records will be forwarded to our IT team for their approval.
Time To Start Placing Request
Now that you have access to pod, it’s essential to ensure that your protocols are accurately entered into the system. As previously mentioned, we will review your company’s protocols during the onboarding call. Following that, we will reach out via email to clarify any protocol-related questions and offer assistance with inputting your protocols into pod, if needed. Once everything is finalized, you'll be all set to start using pod and placing requests!
