Get To Know Our Team
The first part of the call will introduce you to the NMS team that has been curated to your company's needs so that you have a point of contact no matter what question arises.
You will get to know the following team members...
Portfolio Manager-Manages every facet of your account to guarantee smooth coordination across operations.
- Oversees and manages the operations team that supports your account.
- Addresses any questions or concerns about our procedures and policies.
- Conducts regular check-ins to share your account’s health scores and to ensure we’re aligned with your expectations and goals.
- Provides all client, employee and pod guides.
pod Specialist- Your point of contact for all things pod related.
- Will act as a liaison between you and the IT team to ensure you account specifications are correct.
- Conducts initial and any additional training and clarification regarding pod use and features.
- Designated contact for new pod account setup.

Client Specifications
We will discuss any specifications you have regarding exam paperwork, clearance requirements, and any procedural requirements that your company may have such as reviewing your candidates' or employees' medical records before arranging for services.
pod training
Not only will you learn how to submit a service request; you'll also take an in-depth look at our platform. We will walk you through each step of the exam process that unfolds after you submit your service request. *This session will comprise the majority of the onboarding call, as we want to ensure you have the opportunity to ask as many questions as necessary. Our goal is to help you feel confident about starting to use pod.
Open Forum
Now that you have met the team and learned how to use pod, now it's your chance to fire away with any burning questions or curiosities that may have arisen with the new information that you have learned.
