Your employee oversight just got easier! Employee or candidate non-responder information now has its own home. Found under the Non-Responder tab on the left-hand navigation menu, it’s easy to keep track of who has not registered for their screening. Auto-archived screenings will no longer appear in your awaiting registration view – leaving your Dashboard and Active Services uncluttered and up to date.
Beginning on April 13, your pod view will include our newest feature, Auto-Archive. Any employees who have had an outstanding status of awaiting registration for longer than 22 days will be automatically archived into the Archived Request folder when this tool launches.
Moving forward, employees* who have not responded to registration attempts will be marked as a non-responder after 72 hours. Any of your service requests older than 22 days with a status of awaiting registration will automatically be moved to the archived requests page in pod.
*Timing for employees receiving drug screen only services will vary; drug screen only services will be classified as a non-responder after 24 hours and will Auto-Archive 2 weeks from the request date.

Accessing Archived Requests

The Non-Responders List can found on the left menu navigation, under Non-Responders, in the submenu titled Non-Responder List. Here you will find any requested services that have not received a response to register after 72 hours, but before the 22 day mark.
