Clinic/Lab Wait Times
NMS Health has been selected by your company to handle your company's medical screenings. We are a full service occupational health provider that specializes in servicing candidates like yourself who require drug screens, physical exams, titer testing, TB testing and other similar screenings. The medical screenings requested by your employee are a requirement and need to be completed as soon as possible. We are here to make your experience go smoothly every step of the way.
If you're experiencing excessive wait times during your arranged visit, please contact our support team so we can assist in finding you a new screening location.
There may be instances that a clinic is unable to perform all of the services that are required for your medical screening. Therefore, our scheduling team will send you to a clinic for a majority of your services, and then will send you to a lab partner for a lab based collection such as urine or blood. We always do our very best to schedule the lab visit, close to the clinic visit. Please be advised that if you attend a separate lab visit; this will eliminate clinic errors in transport of the specimen and speed up the results for your pre-employment medical clearance.
There may be circumstances when clinics and/or labs within your local area are unable to perform all required medical services for your medical screening. As a result, this could cause considerable travel time. Traveling to a location outside of your local area will ensure that all required exam components are completed, and results can be obtained in a timely fashion. If we consider the distance and/or travel time to be longer than normal, you will hear directly from a member of our team.
