Setting Up Medical Record Access
In order to access medical records in pod, you must first register. A registration link will be sent via email and will require you to set up a unique security pin. Your pin needs to be between 4-6 digits.
Please Note: The first-person requesting access for your company will automatically become the Medical Record Administrator. This can be changed or delegated after the initial request has been approved.
Once the Medical Record Administrator has set up their pin, they can grant record access to other team members in pod. From the left-hand menu, you can select Medical Records under the Administration tab. From there click on User Management to select existing pod users for access. This will send out an email registration link so that they can set up their security pin.
Viewing Medical Records
Once the security pins have been chosen. Medical records can be accessed from multiple locations within pod. From your pod Dashboard, you can drill down from the Active Services table into an employee's Service Details by clicking on the blue binocular icon.
In the Quick Actions menu on their Service Details page, you can access records from this service by clicking on All Available Medical Records.
Additionally, from your Employee Roster, you can access records for an employee or candidate by clicking the purple clipboard icon next to their name. You can also easily search your roster for a particular employee by utilizing the search feature at the top of the page.
Once you have clicked into the records you wish to view, you will be prompted to enter your four-digit personalized PIN in order to gain access.
