The new My Request toggle lets you drill down to get information related to your own requests. Easily switch between companywide requests, and filter to only those that you've requested.
Each module and anything you click into has the capability to be switched between your entire company's and your own requests with the toggle.
Adding protocols and procedures to a new service request just got easier.
When making a new service request, you can now filter results by searching for the exact services you need in addition to scrolling through a complete list of your service offerings. By typing the name of the protocol or procedure into the search bar, matching results will populate in the drop down.
Expansive Data Management
The Status Report tab offers easy access to your employee data. New report fields give you and your team more data and set you up for success. These new report fields capture when service requests were made, who made the request, and what stage the requested services are in.
